| 摘 要： | 文章对我国矿业权市场的现状、特征、内涵、结构以及发展方向作了全面的分析探讨。论述了矿业权价值评估的三个途径 ,指出了我国矿业权市场尚存在四个方面的问题和不足 ,针对这些问题和不足 ,文章提出了四项改进措施。
