近年来,国际资源市场风云变幻,资源价格全面大幅上涨,其中,精炼铜的价格在2006年4月更是飙升到了6387.78美元/吨(LME)。文章在分析、研究铜资源市场的基本形势和影响铜资源价格的国际、国内因素的基础上,提出应对资源市场风险的对策:①建立实施行业准入制度,规范行业行为;②建立铜矿产资源市场安全评价系统;③建立重要矿产资源储备制度。

Study on the Methods for Dealing with Resource Market Risk -Taking Copper as an Example

In recent years,rapid changes have taken place in world resource market.The resource price has increase by a wide margin,of which the price of refining copper spurt to US$ 6387.78/t in April 2006.With the analysis on the basic situation of copper resource market and the factors that produce an effect on the price of copper resource from both home and abroad,the paper looks at dealing with the resource market risk in the context of: establishing and implementing the industrial access system for standardizing industrial behavior;establishing evaluation system for market security of copper mineral resources;setting up resource reserve system for major mineral resources.
