| 摘 要： | 土地储备信贷是土地储备制度建立和发展的重要基础,在我国经济发展和城镇化进程中所发挥的作用无可替代.加强土地储备信贷资金的监管、防范融资风险与充分发挥土地储备信贷功能和作用并不矛盾,一方面不应人为抬高风险,另一方面应该创新监管方式,在发展中化解风险.
