| 摘 要： | 退耕还林地块的费用效益很大程度上决定了工程的总效率,该研究借鉴美国自然保护计划(Conserva-tion Reserve Program,CRP)的评估思路,构建了适用于我国退耕还林工程预期生态效益评估的指标体系。对宁夏固原和贵州毕节退耕还林地块的费用和效益的评估结果表明,各村退耕地的费用效益差异较大,而退耕地块的选择对改进工程的总体效果具有显著影响。该文在相关分析和实地调研的基础上提出通过评估退耕地块的预期生态效益改进工程的费用效益。
