Problems and Countermeasures of Forest Resources Management after Collective Forest Tenure Reform

The problems of forest resources managements about property right dissension, expropriation of woodland rent, trade of forest resources, forest nursing technique, management of collective ecological forest, and so on are analyzed based on the reform of collective forest property system. Then some correlative countermeasures are put forward, such as the redefinition of the dispute woodland, different treatment in different regions, making relative policies and regulations for the development of forest resources management, the establishment of forest resources market, and others.
