关于乌兰布和生态建设的思考

乌兰布和沙漠总面积为93.3万hm2,沙层厚层达100m,年平均扬沙天数达40多天。1998～2006年共完成各项生态环境治理工程24万多hm2,国家共投资2.07亿元。目前,因投资不足治理速度缓慢,早期营造的防护林带极待更新,林牧矛盾突出,生态用水严重不足。今后治理沙漠的措施:加强沙漠边缘的锁边林带建设;开展飞播、封育、封禁保护区;建设城市防护林网;发展沙产业,增强活力。

Thoughts on to the Ecological Construction of Ulan Buh Region

Ulan Buh Desert has a total area of 933,000 ha, sand layer thickness up to 100m, and the annual average number of flying sand days reaching 40 days. From 1998 to 2006, a total of the various ecological environmental improvement projects have covered 240000 ha, the state invested 207 million yuan. Currently, due to inadequate investment and slow pace of governance, the early-build shelterbelts in need of updating, contradictions of silviculture and herd, a serious shortage of water for ecology. Future measures to combat desertification: strengthen the desert edge of the sewing shelterbelt construction; launch aero-sowing closures infertility, blocked protected areas; establish urban protection network; develop sand industry and enhance its vitality.
