论林业在应对气候变暖中的重大作用

全球气候变暖将严重损害经济发展,但开展化石燃料减排执行难度大,许多国家采取生物固碳减排。林业在应对气候变暖中具有不可替代的作用、潜力巨大。初步结算,我国林业每年可减排和吸收CO2当量的潜力为30亿t以上,并具有可持续性。若能开发潜力的50%,年均增加减排量则相当于我国目前碳排放增长的4倍。为此我国应增加科技、资金投入,加快林业发展步伐,完善政策,建立国内碳汇交易机制,积极应对气候变暖。
