| 摘 要： | 概述了俄罗斯联邦土地管理体制。俄罗斯联邦土地管理的主要内容包括土地规划,建立国家地籍、国家土地监测和国家土地监督。论述了俄罗斯土地管理制度的先进之处,认为俄罗斯土地分类管理制度较我国相比更为详细,可操作性也更强,值得我国借鉴。
