关于做好当前退耕还林工作的几点意见

按照党中央、国务院有关要求,对进一步做好新时期的退耕还林工作重点强调了五个方面。包括对退耕还林工作的进一步认识、工程成效与经验的深入总结宣传、保质保量完成工程进度、强化资金管理与责任落实、"十二五"退耕还林工作谋划。强调指出:做好退耕还林工作,关系到我国的物质文明、精神文明、政治文明建设,关系到我国的国际形象。各地要高度重视,投入精力,研究新的退耕还林工程规划问题,注重实效,不搞利益均沾。规划规模要科学测算,严格限定在陡坡耕地和严重沙化耕地多、生态地位重要的区域,兼顾耕地保护与生态建设的需要。
