| 摘 要： | 运用西方经济学原理中的弹性理论,根据就业弹性系数的概念,推算出为解决相应就业岗位,在当地社会所需拉动的GDP总额,并从中扣除该就业岗位当年所产生的经济产值,以此来替代公益林建设所提供就业岗位(机会)的价值。以此方法对浙江省衢州市柯城区公益林建设所提供就业岗位数及价值进行了估算,2005～2007年均提供就业岗位228个,年均价值折合人民币达768.68万元,结果较为满意。
