| 摘 要： | 林业基础设施是林业经济发展的重要物质技术基础,具有明显的外部性,对林业生态效益和经济效益的发挥具有重要作用。目前我国林业基础设施投入不足,林业基础设施建设滞后于林业发展的需要,直接影响到林业经济增长和传统林业向现代林业的转变。文章运用基础设施投资和经济增长的关系理论,探讨林业基础设施投资对经济增长的作用机制,详细分析了财政对林业基础设施投入状况、林业基础设施投资规模和结构以及林业总产值与林业基础设施投资的关系,指出要加大政府的财政投入力度,尽快解决林业基础设施的落后状况,保证林业基础设施与林业经济协调发展。
