| 摘 要： | 应对气候变化,实现可持续发展,是一项紧迫而又长期的任务。胡锦涛主席在2009年联合国气候变化峰会上宣布将森林碳汇作为应对气候变化的一项重要举措。分析中国扩大森林面积和蓄积目标的重要性,讨论如何挖掘中国森林固碳及提供其它生态服务功能的潜力。
