基于Cite Space的小叶章知识图谱分析

摘    要:小叶章是东北地区典型草甸、沼泽化草甸的建群植物和优势植物,沼泽植被中的优势种、亚优势种或重要的伴生种。从不同层面开展小叶章研究对揭示东北地区湿地生态系统结构和功能、促进湿地保护与恢复具有重要意义。采用CiteSpace可视化文献分析软件对1950-2018年CNKI总库中的536篇文献进行可视化分析,得出小叶章研究动态、作者群以及主要研究机构的知识结构图谱。研究结果表明:(1)小叶章的研究始于1965年,其研究主要集中在三江平原地区,围绕物种多样性、氮沉降、凋落物、土壤微生物、干扰强度等方面展开。(2)小叶章的研究主要形成了四个研究学者群,刘景双、宋长春、吕宪国、倪红伟、孙志高等是主要作者。(3)中国科学院东北地理与农业生态研究所和黑龙江省科学院自然与生态研究所是主要的研究机构,并对小叶章的研究与发展做出了突出贡献。(4)《黑龙江畜牧兽医》是小叶章相关研究刊载论文数量最多的期刊,《生态学报》和《环境科学》是刊载小叶章研究论文重要的核心期刊。

Knowledge map analyze of Deyeuxia angustifolia study base on CiteSpace

Abstract:Deyeuxia angustifolia is the typical constructive species and dominant species of typical meadow and swamp meadow, and also is the dominant species, subdominant species and mainly accompanying species of swamp in northeast China. So it is significant to study the Deyeuxia angustifolia in different angles, and the study will provide the great help to the study of wetland ecosystem function and structure and promote the conservation and restoration of wetland in northeast China. In this paper, we used CiteSpace to analyzed the knowledge structure map of Deyeuxia angustifolia based on 536 papers which searched in CNKI database from 1950 to 2018, the results showed that:(1) the study of Deyeuxia angustifolia began in 1965, Sanjiang Plain is the main reach area, the research is mainly focus on the species biodiversity, nitrogen deposition, litter, soil microorganism, disturbance intensity and so on.(2) Researches of Deyeuxia angustifolia formed 4 group, Liu Jingshuang, Song Changchun,Lue Xianguo, Ni Hongwei, Sun Zhigao etc. are the mainly authors.(3) Northeast of Geography and Agroecology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Institute of Natural Resources and Ecology, Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences are the mainly research organizations, and their work made the outstanding contribution to the Deyeuxia angustifolia research.(4)"Acta Ecologica Sinica" and "Environmental Science" are the mainly Journals which published Deyeuxia angustifolia papers.
