我国海洋水产产业布局研究

摘    要:上世纪末以来,海洋产业逐步成为我国沿海地区新的经济增长点,带动我国海洋经济的快速持续发展。海洋水产业作为海洋经济的支柱产业,作为国民经济的一个重要且特殊的部门,其产业结构和产业布局是否合理,直接影响我国海洋产业和海洋经济的总体发展。本文在界定了海洋水产业概念的基础上,结合海洋水产业布局的含义,主要运用区位熵及Mapinfo空间表达等定性与定量方法,探讨了我国海洋水产业结构与布局的现状以及所存在的产业结构"低级化"、"同构化"以及空间布局不协调等问题。并结合目前社会经济发展的新特征,提出了建立健全海洋水产业发展统筹协调机制、实现传统产业的转型升级和发展区域特色产业等具有针对性的可行的建议。旨在为海洋水产业的持续、快速、高效的发展提供行之有效的参考。

The Research of Marine Aquaculture Industry Laout in our Country
Abstract:Since the end of last century, Marine industry gradually become a new economic growth point of China's coastal areas, the rapid sustainable development of Marine economy. As Marine economy, Marine aquaculture pillar industry, as an important and special department of the national economy, the industrial structure and industrial layout is reasonable, a direct impact on the overall development of China's Marine industry and ocean economy. In this paper, on the basis of defining the concept of the Marine aquaculture, combined with the meaning of Marine aquaculture layout, the main use of location entropy and Mapinfo express qualitative and quantitative methods, such as space, discusses the status quo of China's Marine aquaculture structure and layout and the industrial structure of the existence of “DiJiHua”,“TongGouHua” and space layout is not harmonious. And combined with the new characteristic of social and economic development, proposed the establishing and perfecting the Marine aquaculture development overall coordination mechanism, to realize the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the development of regional characteristic industry such as targeted the feasible suggestion. Aimed at the development of Marine fishing industry sustained, rapid and efficient to provide effective reference.
