| 摘 要： | 本文通过对浙南贫困山区自然资源和社会经济环境的综合分析,提出了本区开发应走“倾斜式”的非均衡发展道路,并根据模式导向确定了本区应重点开发的6大支柱产业及其基本布局设想,以及区域开发应妥善处理的几个关系问题。
