| 摘 要： | 本文以六安市为例,以2014年土地利用现状调查数据为依据,采用人均农村居民点用地标准法,测算安徽省六安市各县区农村居民点用地整治潜力,并从自然适宜、生态安全、社会经济可行以及潜力可拓展等4个方面,建立相应限制条件下的指标体系,依据"木桶效应"和"最小因子限制律"理论,对农村居民点整治潜力进行逐级修正的测算,以期更加科学地指导农村居民点用地整治工作。

Evaluation Research on Consolidation Potential of Rural Residengtial Area based on the Land use Standard Method of Rural Residengtial Area per Capita---Taking Lu'an City in Anhui Province for example |

| Abstract: | This paper takes Lu'an city for an example. Based on research data of land use situation in 2014, it adopts the land use standard method of rural residential area per capita to estimate consolidation potential of rural residential area of every county and district of Lu'an city. Form the aspects of natural adaptation, ecological safety, social economic feasibility and potential expan-sion, this paper sets up index system within respective constraints. Besides, it revised the calculation of rural residential area gradu-ally on the basis of Bucket Effects and Minimum Factor Restrains in order to instruct consolidation work of rural residential area more scientifically. |
