矿产型农村居民点现状分析及整理对策——以山西省北部的小破堡村为例

农村居民点是从事农业生产的劳动力组织生产、生活并进行政治、经济、文化交流的区域范围,矿产型农村居民点具有明显的地域特点;为了使矿产资源的永续利用与农村居民点的合理布局协调发展,以山西省北部的小破堡村为例,分析了矿产型农村居民点的主要特点,指出了矿产型农村居民点存在的问题,其中突出的问题主要是矿产开采对农村环境的污染,以及打工人员造成的安全问题,同时针对存在的问题,提出了矿产型农村居民点具体的整理措施。

Analysis of present situation and tidying countermeasures of rural residential area——A case study of the Xiaopobao village in northern Shanxi Province

rural residential area is the regional scope that labors of working for agricultural production engage in organizing production,life and exchanging the politic,economic,culture,Mineral-rural residential area has obvious geographical characteristics.In order to make the sustainable use of mineral resources and rational distribution of rural residential area harmonize developing,this article takes XiaoPoBao village of northern Shanxi province as an example,analyzes the main features of Mineral-rural residential area,points out existent problems of Mineral-rural residential area,the most prominent problems are the rural environment pollution making by exploitation of mine,and security issues engendering by mine workers from other places,meanwhile contraposes these problems,puts forward specific tidying measures of Mineral-rural residential area.
