摘    要:从湿地类型、面积及其比例构成等方面介绍了吉林省柳河县湿地资源现状与基本特征;分析了湿地面积的动态变化及其原因;探讨了涅地资源变化特点及其未来发展趋势.认为湿地资源的利用率和生产力较低、湿地自然保护区建设缓慢以及泥炭地开发利用过度等方面,是目前柳河县湿地利用与保护中所存在的主要问题;在此基础上,提出实施柳河县湿地生态保护...

Utilization and Protection of the Wetland in Liuhe County, Jilin Provinec

Abstract:Liuhe County is situated the eastern part of Jilin Province,the transition region in the direction of Songliao Plain from Changbai Mountain,and is the hilly districts area.Scientific protection and rational utilization of wetland resources are important precondition of improving eco-environment and realizing economic and social sustainable development.In this paper,the basic features and present situation of wetland resources in Liuhe County were introduced from the aspects of the areas,the types and their proportion component.The change characteristics and future development trend of wetland resources were summarized from the change of wetland areas and their reasons produced in the last twenty years.Based on analyzing protection and utilization actualities of wetland resources,it attributes issues that existed in current wetland utilization to the low utilization ratio and productivity,slow in building nature reserve,and excessive developing peat land resources.Some ideas were given to scientific protection and sustainable utilization of wetland resources in the paper,such as by means of carry outing eco-protection project of the wetland in Liuhe County,to comprehensive improve eco-environment;to establish eco-agriculture pattern from forest-fruit-grass-fish-duck,fish-grain,rice-fish-frog and so on.
