| 摘 要： | 山东省的东部地区指青岛、烟台、威海、潍坊4市．西部地区为德州、滨州、聊城和荷泽4市地．对山东省东西部地区差距现状作了定量分析．找出了东西部地区差距形成的原因；对如何正确认识东西差距问题阐明了9条新的观点；提出了东西部地区协调发展的指导思想、奋斗目标和促进协调发展的对策。

On the basis of these, it also puts forththe guiding ideology, struggling goal and strategies of promoting coordinated development. |
