漫湾电站库区耕地变化对移民收入和库区生态的影响

漫湾电站建设使库区耕地的结构和质量发生较大变化，水田减少，坡旱地增加，单产降低；后靠安置移民少部分收入结构趋于多样化，收入增加，大多数移民收入仍主要依靠耕地，移民收入相对减少；库区生态破坏，水土流失日趋严重；库区要加大投入，加强基本农田建设，加快退耕还林草，发展经济林，增加移民收入，改善生态环境；在深切割峡谷区建大型水电站，大规模的移民后靠安置要慎重。

The effect on the emigration｀s income and reservoir area ecology in caused by farmland change in reservoir area of Manwan Hydropower Station

The construction of manwan hydropower station had submerged the land,reservoir area`s land took place great changes in the aspect of composition and quality,such as the decrease of paddy fields,the increase of sloping dry land,the decline of grain yield per mu.In reservoir area,a little of emigration who had transplanted backward tended to be diversity in the structure of income and have some economic increasment.,but most of the emigration`s income still depend on farmland. The changes of farmland use led to the comparative reduce of emigration`s income,at the same time, the changes brought about the ecologic disaster in reservoir area,and increasingly strengthen the worse situation of soil erosion and water lose. Afterwards,when to construct large-scale hydropower station in the area of deep carved gorge,we must take caution to these massive emigration who will transplant backward. It must increase investment to strengthen the construction of essential farmland,and to quicken returning farmland to forest and grass, and to develop economic forest, and to increase emigration`s income and to improve the ecologic environment.
