| 摘 要： | 淮海经济区处在发达的长江三角洲经济区与环渤海经济区之间,但属于“经济低谷”.本文在阐述淮海经济区经济发展现状与存在问题的基础上,分析淮海经济区统筹区域发展的制约因素,进而提出促进淮海经济区统筹区域发展的对策建议.

| Abstract: | Huaihai ecnomic region is situated in yangtze river delta economic zone and bohai sea rim economic zone,which own to economic slump.This paper indicated the current situation and problems of Huaihai economic zone,and analyzed the limited factors of coordinated development of different regions.then,this paper put forward to countermeasures and suggestions which could promote economic coordinated development of different regions in Huaihai economic Zone. |
