| 摘 要： | 分析了陕西南部地区山区自然灾害造成巨大危害的原因,针对这些原因提出了山区城镇与环境协调发展的建议和措施:加快生态经济建设,推进社会、经济、生态协调发展;加强防灾减灾意识和措施、防治灾害;加强城镇建设规划与管理;改善山区交通条件,促进山区经济发展。

| Abstract: | Took the south of Shaanxi as an example and analyze south Shaanxi the local mountainous area cities and environment coordination national development and the importance, the disaster occurred when has caused the huge harm the reason, and aimed at these reasons to propose the mountainous area cities and the environment coordinated development suggestion and the measure: accelerating the construction of ecological economy; advancing the society, economic and ecological coordinated development; Strengthening the disaster prevention and reduction measure; Strengthening urban construction plan and management and Improving the traffic condition in the mountain area; bring about an advance in economy of mountain area. |
