| Abstract: | On the base of the theories of the industrial upgrade, probed into the inner relation between the technological progress and the industrial structure of Dalian, and analyzes the pulling function to the industrial structure by using the scientific and technical contribution ratio of GDP proportion. Finally, this paper put forward the suggestion of upgrading the industrial structure of Dalian. |
