| 摘 要： | 江苏是全国经济强省,在各地纷纷提出向海洋进军的今天,江苏的海洋经济仍然低于全国平均水平。本文用一系列数据从海洋产业规模和结构及海洋经济贡献等方面分析了江苏海洋经济演进历程,然后在建立海洋经济影响因素分析框架的基础上,指出江苏海洋经济发展中存在一些制约因素,最后提出要加强海洋意识、扩大海洋规模,组建港口群建设现代化综合大港,发展新兴海洋产业,完善政策支持、促进海洋科技进步等政策建议。

| Abstract: | Jiangsu’s economy is very strong,but Jiangsu’s marine economy is very weak.This article with a series of data from several aspects has analyzed Jiangsu marine economy evolution,then established the analysis frame of marine economy influencing factor and obtained restriction factor in the Jiangsu marine economy development.Finally proposed that must strengthen the sea consciousness,set up the harbor group to synthesize the big port,develop emergent industry,perfect policy support and so on. |
