| 摘 要： | 对区域海洋产业布局合理性内涵,海洋产业的协调发展、开发现状与合理布局间的矛盾及对策进行了分析研究;论述了在海域使用可行性论证工作中,搞好区域海洋产业合理布局,促使海洋产业协调发展的指导思想与对策;以大连市经济技术开发区用海项目为例进行了讨论。
