酸藤子总黄酮含量的测定及其有效成分薄层分析

摘    要:提取酸藤子叶的黄酮类化合物,并测得其总黄酮含量为1.66%;将提取的黄酮样液进行薄层层析及紫外光谱分析,黄酮类化合物含有6种成分,根据其紫外光谱特征推断这6种化合物可能含有的基团为洋芹素(Apingenin)、金圣草黄素(Chrysoeriol)、山奈素(Kaempferol)。

Abstract:Withdraws flabonoid from the Embelia laeta Mezvar laeta leaf and determines that its flavanone content which is 1.66%.There are six kinds coponent in Embelia laeta Mezvar laeta favonoid with the thin-layer charamatographic analysised and the ultra-violetespectrograph characteristic, It infers that the six tpes of compounds possibly includes Aapingenin,Chrasoeriol, and Kaempferol.
