| 摘 要： | 生态足迹作为一种可持续发展状况的定量测度,反映了人类刘一各种自然资源的利用程度;以绥化市统计年鉴和国土资源部门的数据为依据,计算分析了绥化市规划实施期间1997年和2005年的生态足迹,结果表明,绥化市2005年人均生态赤字为0.43hm2,与1990年、1998年、1999年和2001年的绥化市生态足迹结果对比分析表明,绥化市正向着降低生态赤字,提高生态承载力和可持续发展方向进行;针对绥化市的情况提出了新一轮上地利用总体规划编制的建议.

| Abstract: | The ecological footprint a quantitative measurement of sustainable development degree,reflects the utilization of natural resource.The results showed that the ecological footprints deficit of Suihua City was 0.421ha per capita in 2001 which is declined by 1998 and 1999.And results demonstrated that utilization benefit of resource increased.It means that the land use is in a unsustainable status.Thus some suggestions have been put for now and for new round general land planning of Suihua City. |
