| 摘 要： | 从区域优势角度，主要运用区位商、增长弹性系数和比较劳动生产率指标，对济南市第三产业各行业的现存优势和发展优势进行了量化分析和比较；贸易餐饮业和金融、保险业仍是济南市第三产业中的优势行业，交通运输、仓储及邮电通信业和房地产业具有良好的发展优势：为济南市第三产业结构的调整优化提出参考性建议。

| Abstract: | From the facet of the regional advantage, the paper mainly uses the indexes of the specialized rate of area and the growth elastic coefficient ,quantitatively analyzes the extant and potential advantages of trades of the tertiary industry in Jinan city and puts forward the consulting suggestion to adjust and optimize the structure. |
