旅游强省评价体系构建及实证测量研究

基于建设旅游强国的战略目标的提出,我国很多省市提出了旅游强省的发展命题。然而,目前对旅游强省的研究甚少,尤其是缺少旅游强省的评价指标,对旅游强省的判断缺少依据,对其评价缺乏科学性。本文尝试构建了旅游强省评价指标体系,通过问卷调查及层次分析法计算确定了各项指标的权重,并以辽宁省为例进行实证研究,运用模糊综合评价的方法测评,进而对其旅游强省发展程度进行判识。

The Tourism Province Evaluation Empirical Measurement Study

Based on the strategic objective of building a great tourism country,many provinces and cities have put forward the proposition of tourism province development. However, there are little research about the tourism province at present, especially lack of tourism province evaluation index, so it is lack of scientif- ic basis when we judgment or evaluation of the tourism province. This paper attempts to construct the evaluation index system of tourism province, then we calculation to determine the weight of the indicators through questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process, and we make empirical research in Liaoning Province, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,then we judgment on the development degree of the tourism province.
