| 摘 要： | 根据湖南省1978-1999年的城市化发展与耕地面积变化状况。运用SPSS软件对其相关性进行分析；研究结果表明城市化发展与耕地面积减少存在着明显的负相关性。而且二者的矛盾日益尖锐；探讨了矛盾的根源，提出可行性对策。

| Abstract: | From1978to1999,urbanization level and cultivated land area have largely changed in Hunan,according to these.The analysis on the paradox between them is made.Relativity analysis by"SPSS"software indicates the paradox between them would be sharper in the future.Based on the above,the origin of paradox is approached,and the countermeasures is offered. |
