金沙江干热河谷植被生态恢复区生态经济价值评估--以元谋县为例

摘    要:应用生态经济学的理论方法对金沙江干热河谷元谋小垮山流域新银合欢人工植被恢复区的生态经济价值进行了量化评估;结果表明,该流域自1988年开始进行人工恢复16年来。绿化及周边推广面积达71.2hm^2。所带来的生态服务功能价值已超过3280.56万元,其中直接使用价值为264.34万元,占总生态经济价值的8.06%。间接使用价值为3016.23万元。占总生态经济价值的91.94%。间接使用价值中净化环境服务功能的生态经济价值仅以CO2固定和释放O2、吸收有害气体SO2和阻滞烟尘价值就达到了2296.71万元。占总生态经济价值的70.01%;可以看出。该流域的生态经济价值主要来源于间接使用价值。

Abstract:Ecological economics theoretical approach was used to quantitative appraise the ecological economics value of Leucaena leucecephala Plantation in Jinsha River hot and dry valley Xiaokua hill drainage area. The results showed that greening area has over 71.2hm^2 with 16 years long term study. The total ecosystem service value of vegetation restoration ecosystem was over RMB 62.8 million. Among them, the direct use value of lumber was RMB 2.64 million, 8.06 percent of the total value. The indirect use value of the vegetation restoration was RMB 30.2 million, 91.94 percent of the total value. The service value of environment purification had reached RMB 22.96 million, only account on the service value of CO2 fixing, O2 release, SO2 absorption and dust impede setting, 70.01 percent of the total value. It is showed that ecological economics in the drainage area mainly stemmed from indirect use value.
