摘    要:以山东省济南市为研究区域,通过构建熵权—TOPSIS模型,从经济社会、资源维度、环境维度对济南市资源环境承载力进行了综合评价。结果表明,(1)2007-2018年济南市资源环境承载力水平整体呈现上升趋势;(2)经济社会发展水平的稳固提升是维持济南市整体资源环境承载力增长的重要因素,资源维度、环境维度承载力的波动变化对整体资源环境承载力有促进或阻碍作用;(3)当人口密度到达一定水平之后,资源维度的承载力会受到制约,进而影响整体资源环境承载力;(4)环境空气可吸入颗粒物浓度是济南市环境承载力的阻碍因素,大气污染防治工作仍是未来一段时间济南市环保工作的重点。

Abstract:Taking Jinan as the research area,this paper constructs the entropy-TOPSIS model to comprehensively evaluate the resources and environment carrying capacity of Jinan from the dimensions of economic society,resources and environment.The results show that,(1)from 2007 to 2018,the level of resources and environment carrying capacity in Jinan presents an overall rising trend;(2)the steady improvement of the level of economic and social development is an important factor to maintain the growth of Jinan overall resources and environment carrying capacity,whilethe fluctuation of resource and environment carrying capacity can promote or hinder the overall resources and environment carrying capacity;(3)the carrying capacity of the resource dimension will be restricted when the population density reaches a certain level,thus affecting the overall resources and environment carrying capacity;(4)the concentration of inhalable particulates in ambient air is an obstacle to the environmental carrying capacity,and the prevention and control of air pollution will still be the focus of the environmental protection work in Jinan in the future.
