| 摘 要： | 研究目的：探讨模糊综合评价法在土地利用总体规划实施效益评价中的适用性。研究方法：模糊综合评价法、专家打分法、实例验证法。研究结果：模糊综合评价法在土地利用总体规划实施效益评价中有较好的适用性,能对土地利用的经济、社会、生态3个效益有机结合程度进行评价,符合土地利用效益评价的要求;模糊综合评价法适用于土地利用总体规划实施效益评价。 |

| Abstract: | The purpose of the study is discussed the applicability of Fuzzy comprehensive Evaluation(FCE) in the General land use planning implementation.FCE, Expert Evaluation and Case Verification Method were employed.The results indicate that FCE is a good tool to evaluate the applicability and effectiveness in the General land use planning, especially in integrated effectiveness of economy, society, and environment.The study indicates that the FCE is a good tool for the efficiency evaluation of General land use pl... |
