五味子辐射育种初报

摘    要:利用60Co-γ射线对五味子(Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Bailey)种子进行照射,观察其发芽率、出苗率以及幼苗生长状况,结果表明:辐射使得五味子发芽裂口率降低,在50Gy时发芽裂口率最低26.5%,与此同时辐射对五味子萌发有促进作用,使五味子发芽裂口时间较对照提前5d左右;60Co-γ辐射对五味子出苗率影响十分明显,随着辐射剂量的增加出苗率降低,本试验的半致死剂量大约在10Gy左右;辐射对五味子幼苗的生长有抑制作用,随着剂量的增加抑制作用更加明显,0Gy,5Gy,10Gy,15Gy处理苗木的成活率分别为39%,15%,11%,3%。

Abstract:Influences on germination rate、sprout and growth character of Schisandra chinensis were studied by radiating seeds in 60Coγ-ray in this paper.The results showed that along with the increase of dosage of the radial,the restrain by the radial in burgeon rate and growth of Schisandra chinensis seeds will intensify accordingly,and the lowest Germination rate is 26.5% in 50Gy;The radial was able to advance the germination five days or so compared to Check;The 60Co-γradial have a significant affect on accelerated seeding.The sprout rate kept a decreasing tendency as the increase of dosage of the radial.The death rate of 50% was 10GY in this experiment;The radial could restrain the growth of Schisandra chinensis sprouts.The restraint effects were related to the increase of dosage of the radial,The survival rate of plants in 0Gy,5Gy,10Gy,15Gy disposals were 39%,15%,11%,3% respectively.
