小浪底工程对黄河下游湿地生态环境影响预测

湿地是具有高度多样性的生态系统，必须加以保护。当前，因工农业采水、排污、围垦、破坏水土、引黄淤地、过度狩猎和捕鱼等造成黄河下游湿地生态环境趋于恶化。小浪底工程将对豫北大天鹅保护区产生复杂的影响，还对黄河河滩及背河洼地生态环境、古黄河三角洲湿地生态改良产生不利影响。提出应提高全民环境意识，强化湿地保护的法制监督；积极开展湿地科学研究；加强对典型湿地的保护，应首先着眼全局。

THE PREDICTION OF XIAOLANGDI PROJECTS EFFECTING ON THE WETLANDS IN THE LOWER REACHES OF YELLOW RIVER

Wetlands is ecology system with high diversity and must be protected.Now wetlands ecology environment in the lower reaches of Yellow River is getting worsen because of agriculture collecting water,draining contamination,enwrap reclamation,destroying water and soil,driving water and retreating water,overly hunting and fishing.Xiaolangdi Projects will have complex effect on big swan protecting zone of North of Henan and have bad effect on Yellow River rapids and low-lying land ecology,old Yellow River delta wetlands improverment.All the people should improve environment consciousness,strengthen legal superintend of wetlands protecting,develop wetlands science environment,strenghten protecting of typical wetlands and consider all the part.
