| 摘 要： | 城市上地整理是土地整理的重要内容。只对农村用地整理。而忽视对城市用地的土地整理工作是低效的、不完全的．也是不能持久的。如何结合当前企业资产重组、城市化进程、旧城改造来提高城市用地的合理化和集约化是我们所不能回避的问题。对以上问题作了初步探讨．并提出了相应对策。

How to develop the urban land and make it reasonable by means of urbanization. capital recombination is our recent task. This article tries to analyse such problems and resolve them. |
