| Abstract: | This essay constructs the value of evaluation index system of water resources in Shanxi Province.We make a comprehensive evaluation of water resources in Shanxi Province by using unascertained measure model and information entropy theory,then we switch the vectors of comprehensive evaluation into the price of water resources via water prices calculation model,and finally obtain the affordable ceiling price of water resources in Shanxi Province.The result shows that the value of water resources there is on a lower level and neither the protection nor the development is efficient enough,besides,the price of water is far below the affordability of the residents there.All figures above can provide a theoretical basis and determination making references for future price adjustment and improvement. |
