| 摘 要： | 由于资源的的制约,干旱区资源型城市以不可再生资源的城市发展模式已经不能适合城市发展的需要。通过对干旱区资源型城市的特征和其现有发展模式的弊端进行分析,发展了干旱区资源型城市可持续发展模式:在现有矿产资源开发、保证城市经济来源的前提下,建立循环经济为主导理念的可持续发展模式;矿产资源开发、水资源、生态环境保护为基础的可持续发展模式:改造传统产业,延伸下游产业的可持续发展模式;加强培养人才和企业生产的科技力量,发展高新产业的可持续发展模式

| Abstract: | Because of the non-renewable natural resources and lacking of water,the pattern of mono-economic cities in arid regions is no longer suitable for the cities' development that is based on developing the non-renewable natural resources.In this paper,the sustainable development pattern of mono-economic cities was developed according to the characters and development shortcomings of today's mono-economic cities,which in chdes some aspects as foll ows:ecological envir onment and water resources should be protected on the basis of obtaining enough funds from developing natural resources,and adjusting the industrial structure,absorbing talented persons and fo reign funds,raising the quality of science and technology are also keyelements for maintaining aprosperous,stableand sustainable city. |
