摘    要:对丰花月季进行了不同辐射剂量的处理,统计其死亡率,通过相关及回归分析,明确了辐射剂量与月季组培苗死亡率之间的关系,计算出其半致死剂量,并分析变异植株的产生方式及其性状的变异。结果表明,辐射剂量与月季死亡率之间呈极显著正相关。变异株产生方式主要有三种,性状变异主要表现在叶形和株形上。

Analysis on 60CO-γ mutation breeding of Rosa hybrida and posterity variation

Abstract:Carry on the radiation for Rosa hybrida in different dose of irradiation, Statistics its death rate,through related and regression analysis,we explicit that the relation in dose of irradiation and the death rate of Rosa hybrida seeding,compute its half lethal dose,analysis creation method of the variation plant and its character variation.It improves that dose of irradiation and the death rate of Rosa hybrida just related. Creation method of the variation stub mainly include three kinds, character variation mainly expresses on the shape of leaves and stub.
