| 摘 要： | 以哈尔滨为倒，探讨城市土地生态安全评价方法。针对哈尔滨城市土地利用现状特点，以“压力-状态-响应”理论构建城市土地生态安全评价指标体系。由于城市土地生态安全评价的灰色性，采用灰关联分析法构建城市土地生态安全评价模型，并从宏观上对2000～2005年哈尔滨城市土地生态安全程度进行评价。结果表明，2000～2005年土地生态均处于基本安全水平；2000—2002年土地生态安全水平略有下降，但2003～2005年土地生态安全水平呈增加趋势，说明其城市土地生态安全水平不断改善；存在人口密度、工业用地比重偏高，绿地覆盖率、建筑容积率、人均居住面积、空气质量达二级率等偏低不安全因素，制约城市土地生态安全水平进一步提高。 |
