| 摘 要： | 根据福建省莆田市西天尾镇后黄村新农村建设的背景和现状，针对区域发展的需求，提出了“历史传承、产业发展、游憩空间整合”三位一体的郊区新农村建设模式。在确定规划原则的基础上，对后黄村用地进行布局，确定功能分区，配套农业生产、基础设施与公共设施建设，构建文化浓郁、产业配套、功能完善的宜居、宜业、宜游的郊区新农村。最后，从4个方面指出后黄村规划编写和建设实践的启示。

| Abstract: | Based on the background and status of new countryside construction of Houhuang Village, Xitianwei Town, Putian City, Fujian Province, we proposed the new countryside construction model which integrated the historical heritage, industrial development and leisure zone depending on the local conditions. According to the planning principles, we established different functional division for Houhuang supported with agricultural production conditions, infrastructure and public facilities, with the aim to build a habitable, enterprise and tour-adaptability suburban country with rich culture, supporting industries and full function. Enlightenments of the planning compilation and construction of Houhuang were summarized from four aspects. |
