历史时期淮北地区涝灾原因探析

历史时期淮北地区频生涝灾，严重影响了当地人民的生产和生活。究其原因，主要有以下方面：淮河中下游河床比降小、北岸支流流域面积大和支流曲系不发达等地理因素；特殊气候原因而形成雨期集中；黄河长期泛淮、湖泊、河流、植被变化和治河等原因所致的生态环境恶化。人类的某些活动加剧了生态环境的恶化。

On the Causes of Water Logging {in} the North Huai River Areas during the Historical Period

During the historical period, there were frequent water loggings in the north Huai River areas, which seriously affected the local people's production and life. The causes were as followings: the geographic cause of the comparatively low middle and down beds of the Huai River and its large north branch area, as well as its underdeveloped branch system; the intensive rainy period due to the special climate; and the ecological deterioration caused by flooding by Yellow River, vegetation change and river regulation, which was made worse by people's activities.
