冯玉祥与民国年间豫陕甘大赈灾(1928-1930)

1928—1930年，豫陕甘三省遭遇了空前未有的大旱灾，旱灾迅速发展为饥荒，使数以百万计的灾民因饥饿而死亡。从1928—1929年初，冯玉祥在解决军事问题的同时，以主要精力领导三省军民通过赈济灾民、抗灾生产等方面的一系列措施进行抗旱斗争，取得了一定的成效。但由于冯玉祥在不适当的时候发动了反蒋战争，使三省的抗灾赈灾活动无法正常进行，不仅加剧了灾区人民的负担，使灾民生活更加痛苦，而且加速了反蒋战争的失败和西北军的瓦解。

Feng Yu-xiang's Relief Work of Drought in Henan, Shaanxi and Gansu Provinces During Min Guo Period(1928-1930)

A seriously unparreleled drought happened in 1928-1930, sweeping provinces of Henan and Shaanxi and Gansu. It instantly turned to be a famine and millions of refugees starved to death. From 1928 to the beginning of 1929, Feng yu-xiang ,not only dealt with military issues but also spent great efforts leading people and soldiers in fingting the drought, relieving the victims and cintinue production against calmity. Though it was effective, the war launched by Feng Yu-xiang against Jiang Jie-shi prevented from fingting the drought and relieving the victims.This war intensified the pressure and burdens on the victims, speeding up the failure of the war against Jiang Jie-shi, and collapse of Feng's army.
