| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代初，宁夏地方当局为增强其经济实力，采取具有近代意义的有利于畜牧业生产的政策措施，表明宁夏畜牧业经济建设开始具有近代因素，带来宁夏畜牧业经济的恢复，并对当时宁夏的社会经济及政治具有重要影响。

| Abstract: | To strengthen their economy force, the local government in Ningxia took active measures to promote stockraising developing in 1930's and 1940's. These measures have not only modern factor but also play an important part in stockraising developing. And the developing maintained the local government's rule as well as made some progress in Ningxia's economy. |
