四川秦巴山区绿色循环农业综合体发展研究

在巩固四川秦巴山区自然地理和绿色循环农业发展现状的基础上,分析了该区域农业科技体系不完善、农业产业化水平低、社会公会对绿色循环发展认识不足以及绿色循环的配套机制不健全等问题,探讨秦巴山地区农林畜药新形势下的农业循环发展新模式,提出在绿色发展导向下,坚持"整链打造"理念,加强农业综合体的联动发展,打造特色优势产业集群,借力"互联网+",营造农产品交易新业态,最终实现当地的经济发展和生态环境的改善。

Study on the Green Circular Agricultural Industry Syntheses in Sichuan Qinba Mountain Areas

Based on the development status of Sichuan Qinba mountain natural geography and green circular agriculture ,the problems such as poor agricultural science and technology system ,low level of agricultural industrialization ,insufficient awareness of green cycle development and the imperfect supporting mechanism of the green circulation are analyzed .The paper explores the new model of agricultural circular development under the new situation of agriculture ,forestry and animal husbandry in Qinba mountain areas .Additionally ,under the guidance of green development ,the paper proposes the concept of “whole chain making” which focuses on reinforcing the collaborative development among agriculture ,industry and services ,therefore ,to create a industrial clusters with advantages .Besides ,by virtue of the“Internet +” strategy ,the paper aims at proposing suggestions for creating a new form of commodities trading as thus striking a balance between economic development and improvement in ecological environment .
