天山北坡经济带土地利用结构变化及其经济效益分析

天山北坡经济带在新疆社会经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位.采用定性定量相结合的研究方法,对天山北坡经济带的土地利用结构变动情况及其相应产生的经济效益做具体分析,其中人口增加、经济发展和技术进步及产业聚集、升级是该区域土地利用结构变化的主要驱动力.最终得出结论:该区域土地利用结构仍然不够合理,地区差异显著,经济效益产出水平与全国平均水平相比仍然较低.

An Analysis of Structural Change of Land Use and Economic Profit in Northern Slope Economic Belt of Tianshan Mountains

Economic Belt on the Northern Slope of Tianshan Mountains is a central area of Xinjiang and plays a decisive role in social and economic development of the region.This paper analyzes the structural change of land utilization and economic profit of Economic Belt on the Northern Slope of Tianshan Mountains by using qualitative and quantitative methods ,pointing out that population increase, economic development and the progress of technology as well as industry escalation are the major driving forces for land use change of the area.The paper concludes that unreasonable structure of land use obvious regional difference have led to a comparatively low productivity of land use.
