| 摘 要： | 在徐州市金山桥、铜山、新沂、邳州开发区各行业的土地利用调查数据的基础上，选取相应的评价指标体系，运用层次分析法求得权重构建模型，分析徐州市开发区土地集约利用的总体情况根据定量化结果和实际情况，提出徐州市开发区科学合理利用土地的途径和措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the land use data of development zones in Xuzhou City, this paper mainly discusses the evaluation of the intensified land use of development zones.The evaluation indictors are selected ,the evaluation model is set up ,and the indictor weights are established by AHP analysis method. According to the result of intensified land use evaluation and the practical situation,the paper presents the approaches and measures of intensified land use in development zones. |
