| Abstract: | Based on an analysis of land resource features in Gansu Province and on an appraisal of the development and utilization of the land resources, this article proposes encouraging sustainable utilization of the land by means of legislation, regulations and financing, so as to achieve economic benefits, couple with satisfactory ecological and social benefits and a virtuous circle in harnessing and preserving land resources. |
