| 摘 要： | 通过文献回顾和理论分析方法,建立实现低碳经济发展的土地利用变化分析框架。土地利用变化可从两条路径、三个方面实现低碳经济发展的要求,前者分别为增加碳汇用地和减少碳源用地,后者分别为农用地内部结构调整、控制农用地转为建设用地规模和建设用地布局优化。低碳经济的实现需要多学科、多方面的结合,需要自然科学和社会科学研究的综合,需要城市建设和农村发展的结合,需要技术和管理的融合。

| Abstract: | By using methods of theoretical analysis and literature review,this paper establishes an analysis framework to achieve low carbon economy based on land use change.The result shows that low carbon economy can be achieved from two approaches and three aspects of land use change,which refer respectively to carbon sink land increase and carbon resource land reduction,and to internal restructuring of agricultural land,control of agricultural land into construction land and construction land layout optimization.T... |
