| 摘 要： | 土地整理是促进土地合理利用、调整土地利用结构和土地关系的重要手段,而耕地整理是其中最重要的一部分,对耕地整理潜力进行评价又是耕地整理的一项基础工作.以天门市卢市镇为例,提出评价工作应从多指标综合考虑,即评价体系应包括提高耕地利用率、耕地产出率、耕地投资收益率等,特别指出的是加人生态环境因素的考虑,以期能够科学合理为土地整理专项规划服务.

| Abstract: | Land consolidation is a very important means of promoting reasonable use of land and readjusting the structure and relationship of land-use, with cultivated land readjustment being the most important job. The potential evaluation of cultivated land readjustment is the basic of cultivated land adjustment. Based on the case study of Lusbi Town, Tianmen City, Hubei Province, this paper advocates multi-indicator potential evaluation according to the target and principles of cultivated land readjustment. The evaluation system includes the utilized ratio and output ratio of cultivated land in quantity and quality, investment-yield in benefit, and environment. |
